Terms of Cooperation with Wisła Digital Solutions

Welcome to the Wisła Digital Solutions website. This document is our terms and conditions. It describes the rules on which we cooperate with our clients. If you browse this site or order services from us, you accept these conditions. We didn't fluff this text when writing it. We want everything to be clear from the very beginning. Our company has been operating in Lodz at 104 Piotrkowska Street since March 2019. During this time, we have already helped 164 companies increase profits. We believe that an honest setup is the foundation of a good business. Numbers don't lie, so our rules are specific.

1. What is our cooperation about?

We deal with marketing meant to bring in money. We do Google Ads, design sales funnels, and build fast websites. When we start a shared project, we agree on a specific scope of work. We don't use difficult words to deceive you. We check facts, we don't guess. If we say we'll set up a campaign for Lodz and surroundings, that's what we'll do. Every order is a separate sprint for us. We work according to a plan you get at the start. It simply pays off because you know exactly what we are doing in a given week. We don't do everything at once. We focus on what will bring you new customers fastest.

2. Our work – what we will deliver

Our services are divided into several parts. If you order Google Ads, we monitor keywords and rates. Marek Wiśniewski ensures your money doesn't go toward accidental clicks. If we build a site, Piotr Zieliński ensures it loads in a second on every phone. Every service has its completion time. Typically first ads start within 5 business days. We send reports every 30 days, unless we agree otherwise. In the report, you won't find fluff about reach. You will see how many people called you or filled out a form. Done on time – that's our sacred rule. We aren't late with reports or with implementing corrections.

3. Your help is key

For us to work well, we need your involvement. You must give us access to your ad accounts or website. Without this, we won't move from the spot. We also expect that data on your margins or product prices will be true. We are not magicians. We act based on the data you provide us. If you change a phone number in the company, let us know right away. We reply to messages within 140 minutes on business days. It would be great if you also don't delay decisions for two weeks. Quick communication means quicker profits for your company. We check facts, so if something on your site doesn't work, we'll tell you straight to your face.

4. Money, invoices, and deadlines

At Wisła Digital Solutions, we bet on clear settlements. For our services you pay a fixed monthly amount (retainer) or a fee for a specific project. The lowest package starts from 1,850 zł net. To this you must add the budget Google or Facebook will charge directly from your card. We do not take commission from your click spending. We usually issue invoices at the beginning of the month with a payment term of 7 days. If you are late with a transfer by more than 3 days, we have the right to suspend your ads. That's fair – we work reliably, so we expect payment on time. We have no hidden costs. If something is to cost more, you will find out before the work starts.

5. Rights to what we create

Everything we write, design, or program for you becomes your property. We transfer copyrights to you after the invoice is paid. This applies to ad copy, graphics, site code, and campaign settings. You can do what you want with it. You can even take it to another agency if you decide that's better. But remember – until you pay for our work, all projects belong to us. We do not agree to copying our ideas from offers without paying for them. We respect our knowledge and time, just as we respect your money. Every project is the result of Anna's, Piotr's, or Marek's work, so we care about honesty in this regard.

6. Liability and guarantees

We do marketing as best as we can, but we are not responsible for things we have no influence over. If Google changes its rules overnight, we will have to adapt, but we cannot guarantee your results won't budge. We are not responsible for your final sales. We will deliver the customer to your door (lead), but you must serve them and sell them your product. We are not liable for financial losses resulting from breaks in Facebook or Google servers. We act on external systems we do not control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last month. This is a standard and safe solution for both sides.

7. Parting ways, or end of contract

We don't bind anyone with long, complicated contracts. Most of our orders are based on a contract with a one-month notice period. If you decide you want to try something else, just write us an email. Cooperation ends with the last day of the following month. We can also resign from running your ads if we decide we cannot deliver the results you expect. We don't like wasting anyone's time. If cooperation isn't sticking, it's better to part in agreement. After the contract ends, all access remains with you. We don't delete campaigns or block accounts before leaving. We leave order behind us.

8. Law and disputes

We are a company from Lodz and we pay taxes here. Any dispute matters we will try to settle amicably. We don't like courts; we prefer a concrete talk over coffee on Piotrkowska. If, however, we do not reach an agreement, the dispute will be resolved by the court competent for our seat in Lodz. Polish law applies to us. These terms and conditions may change because the advertising market moves fast. We will inform you about any important change by email in advance. Our goal is building lasting relationships with entrepreneurs, not seeking hooks in the law. Done on time, in accordance with the law, and in a human way – that's our work style.
