Logistyka Łódzka was looking for a way to quickly fill its fleet of 42 new refrigerated sets. In 60 days, we provided them with 124 concrete inquiries from companies looking for permanent transport cooperation. Numbers don't lie – this project proved that transport advertising can be profitable.

The challenge

The company was burning its budget on Google Ads that brought accidental people to the site. The cost per inquiry was as much as 142 PLN, which was simply unprofitable at this margin. Most people left the page after 14 seconds because the contact form was too long. It had 12 fields to fill out, including questions about the tax ID and the exact weight of the load at the first contact stage. This was killing sales.

Our approach

The Wisła Digital Solutions team started with hard data. For the first 9 days, we analyzed which keywords users were entering with. We cut 412 phrases that generated costs but gave no inquiries. We focused on business owners looking for transport during specific morning hours. Marek, our analysis specialist, rebuilt the account structure, dividing it into specific regions of Poland.

The solution

We built a new, simple landing page that loads in 1.2 seconds on a phone. We reduced the form from 12 fields to just 4 basic data points. We added a large 'Quick Quote' button that is visible immediately upon opening the page. We also introduced automatic SMS notifications for sales representatives – now they call the customer within 9 minutes of sending the inquiry.

Results

Thanks to our changes, the company not only gained more customers but, above all, stopped losing money on useless clicks. It simply pays off.
